• • Room Reservations: Rooms are subject to availability. No reservation has been made at this point; this document serves as a quotation only.

2. Meals

• • Meal Timings: Guests must adhere to the meal timings as instructed by the hotel. We are not responsible for any unconsumed meals.

3. Identification

• Identity Proof: Please carry a valid photo ID proof as it is required at the airport and during hotel check-in.

4. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

• • Payment: Payments for early check-in and late check-out should be settled directly with the hotel by the guest.

5. Hotel Reservations

• • Quotations: This quotation is an offer, not a booking confirmation. If the original hotels are unavailable, we will provide equivalent or alternative options.

6. Additional Charges

• • Hidden Charges: Trigoyo does not impose hidden charges except for lunch and personal expenses. Report any requests for extra money immediately to us. We are not responsible if additional payments are made without our consent.

7. Unused Services

• • Non-Refundable Services: No refunds will be issued for unused accommodations, missed meals, transportation, sightseeing tours, or other services due to bad weather, illness, strikes, roadblocks, or other factors beyond our control. Trigoyo is not liable for natural calamities.

8. Hotel Information

• • Verification: Before confirming your booking, personally verify hotel websites, reviews, and services online. If the provided hotels are unsuitable, request upgraded options.

9. Travel Issues

• • Immediate Contact: If you encounter any issues with hotels or transportation during your trip, contact your tour executive immediately to resolve the problem. Complaints made after returning home will not be addressed.

10. Meals and Room Service

• • Hotel Policy: Buffet meals and room service will be provided as per hotel policy. Unused services are neither refundable nor exchangeable. No discounts will be provided after package confirmation.
